This concern of the dealers was raised in a meeting between the Northern India Lottery Association and some officials of the Punjab State Lottery Department.
HK Chugh, president of the North India Lottery Association, asked that “if a person is facing harassment to get a refund of ₹ 250, how can he expect that the prize will be presented to him easily”.
Now, tickets for the Rakhi Bumper-2020 are on sale, and the draw for the same has been scheduled on 20 August. The first prize winner of the bumper will win Rs 1.50 crore, and it will be announced from the tickets sold.
