Las Vegas to Benefit From Virgin America High-Speed Train

Trains are planned between Southern California and Las Vegas at planned speeds that will deliver Nevada-bound passenger entertainment, gambling and pro sports destination in about an hour. The project will be scheduled in the last of this year and construction will begin in 2023. Passengers can travel 170 miles from Victor Valley Station to Las Vegas.

Prediction says that travelers can stay in Las Vegas for several days. In addition, instead of moving from California to Las Vegas, the high-speed train will lead to fewer parking concerns, less risk of drunk driving, and an easier and more comfortable journey. As Kunj predicted “It will encourage people to go more often, high-speed trains around the world have made an additional 30 percent or more journey to the destination.

Billionaire Richard Branson launched Virgin Train USA in Florida in April 2019. The first Virgin trains are running between Miami and West Palm Beach and there are plans to extend the line northward to Orlando.

Submitted Plans

Las Vegas station documents were recently submitted to Clark County officials. It is located on the property between El Dorado Lane and Robindale Road. The first floor of the station is self-ticking space, departure lobby, retail space, baggage claim, and office. The second floor may have additional retail and office space, as well as passenger waiting areas and security offices on the first floor of the garage will have taxi and ride-hailing services and areas for buses.
